cardio bits and pieces

Some questions, well, two really....

Question one: Generally speaking people seem to recommend one day on, one day off for cardio (alternating with strength training). Is it detrimental to do cardio every day (if you feel up to it)? I really notice the calorie restriction on those no cardio days and get huuuungry.

Question two: Aged 24 and weighing 71 k (156lb), the highest heart rate my monitor has ever recorded was a full 212 bpm. Is that better than average or pretty standard?

Cheers

Question One - if you strenght train, you need to take a day off from weights in between, but not with cardio. It is suggested that you do allow your body one day of rest from all types of working out.

    Question Two - not sure...

Good luck to you on your journey!!!

That's what i thought. HRM misread or superheart?! Guess if it never happens again I'll go with the former.
