i am back again, hoping the site will get me motivated again like i use to be..... i am dissappointed in myself, i had lost over 50 pounds but now i have gained almost 20 BACK !!!! i have been on a wild eating spree, stopped going to the gym, i have been awful. i have also noticed i have NO energy again.

but to reintroduce i am a 35 year old mom of 5 kids (16 sebastian, 10 donavan, 8 scarlettt, 4 savannah, 3 demetrius) who also works outside the home as a nurse in long term care/ rehab facility. I have a supportive (but overweight) husband but we enjoy eating together way too much !!!


I hope to get back into the swing again soon, could use some friends to help get me back on track again !!
