Hello everyone, i have used MyFitnessPal before, and it worked for me. But i lost track of myself, and not only stopped, but gained back some of the weight i had lost. So here i am again, on this journey to change my life, and to start loving myself enough to actual care about what i am doing to my body. I have a two year old daughter who i want to be able to run around with, and the most wonderful husband who i want to look great for... so here is to health, and the beginning to a life long journey!
