Hello. I started on MFP on July 18. It has really helped me in seeing what I am eating on a daily basis. I have lost 10 lbs thus far (6 weeks) and it feels great. I am taking my weight loss in 10 pound intervals and try not to look ahead too far to ensure that I don't lose focus. Good luck everyone!
