Hi All!

I used the my fitness pal app on my phone back in March/April of this year. It helped me lose 5 lbs in a month, just by being aware of my calories. I fell off the wagon of tracking... and of course put the weight back on.

My team at work, 5 ladies, has now started up a little competition/motivation challenge. We each have set a goal number for calorie intake in a day, resulting in a weekly goal intake number. The person furthest from their goal calorie intake will need to bring in a healthy snack for the team. The person closest to their goal calorie intake for the week, will receive a $1 scratch off ticket from each of the other members. Just a little fun motiviation to keep us going and hopefully keep us all on track!

I am now back to using my fitness pal, along with the rest of the ladies, and plan to stay on track this time! I hope I can keep up with my tracking and eating healthier this time around, and I think with our little team challenge it will be much easier.

    Hello I am new. :) I am a wife, and mother embarking on my 34th birthday. I have been up and down with my weight all my life. but recently fell like I am OUT OF CONTROL!!!! I am looking forward to this adventure.
