  • I have regular meal that I make.
Here are my mains meals that I make:

    Curry
    Spag Bol
    Chilli Con Carne
    French Country Chicken
    Casserole
    Meat with vegetables
    Fajitas
    Jacket Potato with cheese
Potato Skins with bacon, cheese and salsa
    Roast Dinners

I always buy LOADS of vegetables and fruit. First thing I stock up on. I also buy a lot of mixes, so if I am running late one night I can still make something half decent. i avoid the 'junk' aisle, but will pick a couple of treats, biscuits and some chocolate (I crave it more if its not in the house)
I also buy savoury rice, It really fills you up and its good for you.
