Finally posting some progress pictures!!!!YAY
I first started my journey in January 2011. I got the p90x dvds and did them everyday for a month and a half. Then went on vacation....and went into a slump for a while and ate unhealthy and didnt exercise. For about 1.5-2months ive been trying my best to eat clean and exercise everyday. Its either p90x or running or maybe even some jillian michaels 30 day shred but just something everyday!! And as far as eating clean i eat 5-6 meals a day all clean foods like fruits (1-2 servings) lots of protein like fish, eggs and chicken...of coarse some veggies which im not a fan of but make myself eat and some other clean foods.
My starting weight on MFP was 166lbs but i my highest weight was about 170lbs. I didnt have a scale though so i cant be 100% sure..but it was around there.
And my current weight as of this morning is 149lbs. which is below my weight before i had my second child. i weighed like 155 then?? Funny thing is i still dont fit in those clothes from before my second child. :( i guess i gained weight and lost it differently.
