Wine Tasting Party, could use some suggestions.

My wife's birthday is coming up. Her sisters are coming from out of state and we are going to have an evening of tasting wines. With each course, I usually prepare an appetizer. Below is the partial menu for a Wine Tasting party. I am looking for something unique and light between the Lobster Egg Rolls and Stuffed Mushrooms. Any Suggestions? Except for the soup, everything else is just a bite or two.

    What about a gouda cheese fondu? I've seen lots of different recipes for it online and it looks delicious. Cheese and wine are always a great pairing!

    Let me think on this, RD. Something between a lobster roll and mushroom is a little hard because the seafood and veggies are sort of already in there.

    I like the fondue idea. Might throw her a fondue party seperately and create a variety of items to dip.
