Well I finding this program pretty helpful eventho I am a lifetime member of WeightWatcher. But for some reason turning 53 my body feels like it was slowing down but yet I am still do the same thing. Stayin active and watching what I eat. But someone gave me this and wow. I guess I was eating less. I love how this figures it out for me eventho I get pointplus but sometimes I don't think it is accurate. If anyone sees I might need a little help pls do. I am also a snacker, trying to cut that down and go for fruits but finding it hard sometimes. Thks

    Welcome aboard! MFP definately works as long as you are honest and stick to it. I love to snack too, as long as I have the calories left to do so, and if I go over, I try to work it off. Drink lots of water and stick to it, you will do great. Feel free to add me if you like.
