Having issues with my Bodybugg/BodyMedia. Anyone else?

Ever since they updated the smart phone app, I've been having issues with my Bodybugg. It just won't link to my phone. Or it says it's linked, but all my numbers are at zero, or it'll show me stats from several hours ago and refuse to update.

Anyone eles?

    I have a body bugg too and had that issue. I called support system and they told me to take my sims card out of my phone and I haven't had an issue again. They also said if they problem continued to link it with the computer and reset the settings

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled that thing so many times.

    My phone doesn't have a sim card.

    Not sure what else to do.
