Just watched Forks over knives!!! What No MEAT

This is Crazy I watch one video (fat Head) talks bad about having a diet without meat.
Now I watch Forks over Knives and now they say No MEAT!!!!!

What to do, maybe they did not get cancer in china because they cooked there meat a different way. In the movie they just made it out that the older generation in china only had eaten rice and veggies. I know thats not true have friends and they said there grandparents had eaten dog and thats a meat back when she was young, said they had chicken too.. I like the Fat Head Movie better lost 12lbs in 4 weeks and lost 3% body fat. I would miss meat
