Is 30 Day Shred enough?

I'm to the point now where I only have 10 lb. or so left to lose. I recently decided to give the 30 Day Shred DVD a try, but that doesn't burn enough calories per day and is only about a 30 minute workout (whereas I normally workout for an hour). Do you think 30 Day Shred alone would help me drop these last few pounds or do you think I should incorporate another type of (30 minute) workout into my day so that I burn the number of calories I'm supposed to burn?
That seems like a stupid question, but I only ask because I see so many people drop weight just fine doing 30-45 minute high-intensity workouts instead of a longer workout. I'm just not sure what to do. Losing weight in the beginning was so much easier. Any advice or input would be greatly appreciated!

i have about the same left to lose.. i didn't feel accomplished with just the 30DS, so i just supplemented my regular cardio routine with it.0

30DS will help you tone more. so even if you dont go down the whole 10, it'll look like it.0

I, also, have been debating this very topic. I own the 30 day shred DVD as well. I've used it as a stand alone workout but never actually done the 30 day shred. I've never felt that it was that much of a workout as I am used to working out for an hour as well.
I think if you did the 30 day shred for a half an hour a day as recommended, and then 3x a week did some high intensity cardio intervals, that maybe that would do the trick.
Also, sticking to your diet plan 100% would be crucial. I usually like to do extra cardio for any mistakes I have in my diet, or if I want to have more calories available for stuff like wine and those brownies my husband made0
