nordic walking, pole walking

:happy: Hi, I have taken up Nordic Walking and love it.I was wondering if there is anyone doing this in my area. London Ontario. A few friends have started getting together very early on Saturdays to walk together and we thought it might be nice to make the group bigger and try some of the trails in the city. Is there anyone else out there who does this and if so how do you like it. Cynma
