I've NEVER BEEN a breakfast person. I labeled the meals on my diary "meal 1, meal 2, meal 3" because I don't eat when/what I'm supposed to. I'll have a tuna sandwich for 'breakfast' or cereal for 'dinner.' A meal is a meal, doesn't matter when it's eaten.

I am a notorious backwards eater! I love breakfast for dinner. It's probably one of my favorite things to eat. Basically, I am in the habit now where I eat what I want at whatever time I want. Food is food.

24 hr/day food log! When the cals are up, I'm done eating.

But I do love breakfast food at night! & vice versa!

"Time is an illusion... lunch time doubly so."

As a side note, I eat my meals backwards every day... because I work nights, so I have supper with my husband before I go to work, and eat breakfast with him before he goes to work and I go to bed. :D

I just squish my meals together... I'll eat breakfast at noon, lunch at 430, 7 or 8p, then dinner at 930p! Then I don't eat again until the next day at noon... And of course, who doesn't love a chicken burger for breakfast and french toast for dinner? (Okay, so those aren't really healthy, but I'm working on it...) :)

I work nights as well. So if you were to view my Food Diary you would see a lot of Lean Cuisine or Weight Watchers meals listed as breakfast. It gets tricky on my off days, but like most everyone has said............Food is Food! I just log whatever I eat in the 24 hour time period, no matter what time it is.

I do...I also eat lunch around 3pm and supper around 10 pm some days. haha My days are all messed up because of not having a job and being a night person so I go to bed around 3am and get out of bed around noon. ... Heck, right now it's 3:37am. haha

Your body can't distinguish breakfast, lunch or dinner. It just knows that when food comes in, it breaks it down to be absorbed. It's people's mentality about what they are eating at certain times of the day that's the difference.

I am a complete backwards eater.
I work 3rd shift so my 1st meal ( breakfast) is usually anywhere between like 7pm-930pm, depending when I wake up for work. and my dinner can be anywhere between 9a-11a--- and thats only days I actually work. I flip my schedule on my days off.
which makes it so hard to track my food sometimes.

Breakfast for dinner is way better than breakfast for breakfast :)
