sugar addict

I have come to realize that I might just be a sugar addict. When I look at my food journals I realize that I eat far too much refined sugar. I am looking for tips and ideas to kick the sugar habit.
Any suggestions would help

    I love sugar too.

    Have you tried berries or grapes? I snack on them instead of candy.

    Actually now that I'm trying to think of what I eat alternative to sugar I realize I don't eat that much sweet food anymore! lol

    I have tried to get my "junk food" that I crave in sugar free form, like chocolate pudding, ice cream,.... I also allow myself to have ths garbage sugar as I call it, because if I were to cut it all out, I would binge on it eventually. (Been there done that) A lot of my sugar was coming from milk which I love. I now drink the Hood Smart Milk and Almond milk which are oth lower in sugar and casl!
    I feel you sugary coated pain!!! :blushing:

    I am a sugar addict. I have come to know myself and that is a battle I fight. I continually keep reprograming my thoughts to say no to sugar. I am slowly reducing the intake of my daily sugar. Would like to add you as a friend.
