    Some people will endorse the miracle noodles - or something like that. I personally just use the Barilla Plus. There reaches a point where I'm only going to go so far, or spend so much on this endeavour....

    I really like Ronzoni Smart Taste. It's whole wheat pasta, but it looks and tastes like regular pasta. Otherwise I think the texture is off on other wheat pasta.

    Right now I'm trying to cut out wheat gluten for health reasons so I use brown rice noodles or noodles made from the very healthy and high protein ancient grain, quinoa. They are so yummy.

    In the past I've used Barilla Plus its great whole grain and extra protein if you aren't worried about gluten at all.
