My first day on MFP, and it says to introduce yourself, so here I am. I've been told to track my food and exercise before, but it always seemed like more trouble than it's worth. Today, out of frustration - I am 42 years old, work out 5-6 days a week, and don't eat junk...still can't lose weight - I went to see a registered dietitian to see what she would suggest. Just about everything she said I had already heard, until she recommended this site. Since I have an Android, we downloaded mfp onto my phone right in her office, and she showed me how to navigate around. I like the fact that I can log food/activity anywhere at anytime, and still access the same information from a computer. I am looking forward to mfp keeping me accountable and making me realize where the calories are adding up!
