does anyone know... or think they know how many calories Jilian's 30 minute shred burns? Can you break it down for me? Like how many minutes burns how many calories???

    It depends on your weight and where you are on your exercise journey ... if you have been working out for a while you may burn less calories if you are still doing the same workout ... that is why I love my heart rate monitor I bought mine new on ebay for $10 and I love it if you can grab a heart rate monitor if not when I forget mine I usually say that I burned whatever I eat for lunch ... so if I eat 400 calories for lunch than that is what I burned while working out ... it is a total guess but it is something to go by ... good luck!!!
