Hi, I'm just starting this whole fitness thing and keeping track of my exercise and diet. Now that I'm in my mid-twenties, I'm starting to realize my body isn't the same as it was when I was 18 and it doesn't metabolize like it did either! For me, meal choices and exercise aren't just about a number on the scale, though. They affect how I feel, sleep, think, and de-stress as well. I'm excited to create goals and work toward a healthier lifestyle.

I'm hoping myfitnesspal will be a great guide for self-accountability as well as community fellowship and would love to help encourage others to stay on top of their personal goals!
