I'm going to be using MFP to track my calories.
My goal is the opposite of most people here (weight gain) but the principles are the same -- fat loss and muscle gain :)

Currently at 165 lbs @ 15% bf
Aiming for 170 lbs @ 10% bf by end of the year

That's 15 lbs of muscle gain and 10 lbs of fat loss. Wish me luck!
