When you switch to maintenance, what did you set your cals to? I am terrified of the weight creeping back on, but probably shouldn't lose a lot more (I am 128 lbs at 5'5").

We're at exactly the same weight & height!!
I set it at 1720 as that's what it said would be "lose 0 pounds per week". Natch that's pre-exercise calories. I was thinking of upping my activity level, but thought I'd stick with 1720 (pre exercise calories) for a couple of weeks and then possibly up it then. If the weather starts to get bad here, I might not be as active anyways.0 -

Same measurements too!0 -
Whatever calorie amount the database says. I'm on maintenance too for over two months now and never gained anything.

I'm interested to see what people say, because 1200 net calories keeps my body maintaining, and I have to be under to lose.0

I'm only 5'3 at 122 lbs. so my goal is set to lightly active at 1650 though I don't get over my limit so I guess its why I still keep on losing weight. I guess I should up my calories a little bit more or change my profile from lightly active to moderately active.0

I've been at goal (145lbs - 5'7" tall) since mid April and am still working on getting the right number (scared of gaining so upping calories slowly). I've lost almost 6 pounds since April (I'm sure they'll find me come winter) and am currently eating approximately 2100 calories/day. I'm pretty active on a daily basis (have farm animals to take care of) -- I have MFP set at "Active" and that was pretty accurate (according to my BodyMedia Fit) for my "lazy" day.0
