New to MFP

Hey everyone :smile:

I found MFP about a month or so ago, and I finally have started being honest with myself and taking a really good look at what I'm eating and actually logging it. It's hard to be completely honest with what you eat, especially when sometimes it's just a bunch of junk. But, I think this site is really going to help me accomplish the goals I've set for myself (even if it's shaming me into eating better lol).

I'm really excited to get started and finally get the weight off while I'm young and I can enjoy my 3 year old little girl. I welcome any and all advice concerning how to eat more wholesome foods and drink more water, plan dinners to take to work, or find things to do for exercise with an extremely limited time frame during the day.
