Working out. everday or 1800 a week enough?

I always make sure I burn 1800 calories in exercise a week. Sometimes I am too tired to work out everday so I'll burn 900 one day, and 900 the next day so I have my 1800 in 2 days. (Usually on the weekends..) Is it okay to do it this way? or do I HAVE to work out everyday? My goal a week is 1800 calories because that is half a pound. 3600 = 1lb.

You don't have to work out every day. God knows I certainly don't.
As long as you don't take weeks off at a time you will do alright.0
