Eatting all my calories but still starving all the time?

Fat and protein will keep you feeling full longer. Reduce your carbs maybe at lunch so you don't have an afternoon crash. Try eggs and sausage for breakfast (no toast which will elevate your blood sugar and make you hungry when it abates). If you snack, have nuts. For lunch have something like a cobb salad ... this approach for several days should gradually bring the hungries under control.
Fat does not make you fat; just make sure you are eating healthy fats like olive oil, coconut oil, clarified butter (ghee). Most vegetable oils are a sub standard form of fat.
You can look at my diary; it's set at 1200 calories and I'm never hungry.0
