I fell off the wagon! Is that right? I lost 63 lbs. as of last year and have gained 15+/- back. I would like to lose a total of 25-30 again. The key to my success was exercise! I've screwed up my metabolism from all of these years of yoyo dieting. So, now, if I can get my 'head' in the right frame of mind, I'm going to eat right and get back to exercising. Last year I ran a 5K in May and that was a milestone for me. Then I was able to run up to 8 miles (1) time. I averaged 6 miles 3 days a week. So, I know I can do it...it's just getting my motivation back! I wish the best to anyone embarking on this life changing venture!
