Just a small NSV...about december last year i had been doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred for a week on/off type thing and back then that workout made me tired, winded, sweat a ton just on level 1! About january - today i started doing p90x, some walking/jogging intervals and tennis along with some other active things. So today i had to squeeze in a quick workout and did the jillian michaels 30 day shred thinking it would be kind of a tougher workout and it just seemed super easy. Afterwords i was able to pull off a fast pace waking/jogging interval!!! Im so glad my body has made progress!
