I began my journey at the beginning of this year. I have now lost 60lbs and ran my first half marathon in June. My goal is to lose at least another 20lbs which would put me at 175lbs. I jog 3X a week and weight train 3X a week. This last month I started reverting back to old habits, eating junk and not monitoring my calories so I decided get this app. So far its been a huge help! I didnt come this far to give up so its time to kick it up a notch and finish off strong. I must reach that goal weight by all means!! I would like to hear your storys, and what you do to stay motivated!:happy: Add me Im new and I need friends
