I struggle with binge eating disorder. I find that if I don't plan out my meals ahead, I'll fail completely and go absolutely crazy on the snacks. I was wondering if you could help me figure out a meal plan like this:

-A big breakfast
-Regular sized lunch and dinner

Staying within 1,200 calories and 1 or 2 snacks (I don't snack that often, I don't need to. I don't get that hungry in between meals.)

I have food like:
-Greek yogurt
-Grapefruit
-Tuna
-Eggs (egg whites and regular eggs)
-Apples
-Bananas
-Peanut butter
-Weight watchers dutch chocolate and vanilla bean ice cream bars

Thanks for your help!!!!

Fill in tomorrow's diary with foods you are willing to eat until you hit your calorie and macronutrient goal. Then tomorrow eat exactly what you logged. Repeat.

For lunch I like to do two brown rice cakes with peanut butter on top and sliced banana on top of that!! Add a cup of raw veggies to that and you've got a great meal that pretty much tastes like dessert for about 350 calories. :)

  • Hi,

Are you a college student? If so, there probably is a nutritionist at your student health center who can help.

I design my meals around a protein + tons of fruit and veggies. I'm a vegetarian so it goes something like this:

Peanut butter + bread, apple, or celery; low cal drink like grean tea; piece of fruit or veggie

Humus sandwich + veggies - sunflower seeds + huge green salad

Take a look at my food diary. I'll try to make sure it is open. My calorie goal changes day to day per excersise.

    Good luck.
