It's ok. 0 hours. The biggest risk here is getting food on your linens. So it's slightly beneficial to finish eating before you get to bed. But sometimes you just gotta bring the protein shake to bed. Hmm, TMI?

  • I always eat before bed.....it has not affected anything.....if my sleep gets interrupted by hunger pangs......heads may roll! Lol
I have eaten full meals before bed or a snack depending on my hunger at that time.....as long as you are within your cals you should be fine :)

Me too. I even have a category for 1 am snack. I get home at 0100 from work and snack or eat full meal.

I almost always eat shortly before bed otherwise I find myself waking up around 2am and am unable to go back to sleep because of how hungry I am. I usually eat around 10 or 11pm and go to bed at around midnight.

The say not eating before bed is a myth.

However there are foods better to not have before bed. Not that I remember all the reasons but here are the foods I remember

    Pasta
    Pizza
    chilli
chocolate (sorry its a caffeine thing)
    Chinese (because of the MSG)
