Ab workout video ???

Okay, so I saw an ab workout video advertised a TON last week on tv but now I can't remember, for the life of me, what it was called. It's one that is supposed to tone your whole core including your back, obliques, and all of your ab muscles, without doing any crunches or floor work and is only 10 minutes long. Has anyone else heard of it? If so, can ya let me know what it is? I'd like to purchase it.

I have no clue. Maybe you could try to search for it on Google.
I know how ya feel though, what with the media advertising a whole lot of one thing and then none at all.

Nope. None of those. :ohwell: Thanks for trying! It was ab something. So much for my help, huh? LOL Can't find it on google or ebay. Too much comes up with google.

Its called crunchless abs but I can't remember who the advertiser is its the same one as the bender ball.
