What did I learn today?
1) Being away from home for over 8 hours doing various activities can be more exhausting than a workout.
2) You should really eat something before you work a lunch shift when your breakfast was unusually 4 hours before said shift.
3) Because you no longer have a lot of excess fat, you will feel dizzy if you ignore #2.
4) Brain function will deminish causing you to leave your car key in the ignition of your prized 2010 Mustang, and leave it unlocked on a downtown street.
Oi! What a day! Good thing no one noticed #4 before I returned to the car, I just call it God being my security system.
Hopefully tomorrow won't be so educational!

So glad noone stole your car!! Yesterday I learnt that if I don't plan my meals and get too hungry in between feeds, I turn into a bit of an angry witch. Poor husband.0
