foot pain

I have been having pain in my left foot. It's on the top side about an inch from toes and goes about to ankle height (but in front). I noticed the other day after I got home from work and took off my shoes that the toes on that foot curl under when I am having this pain. It's not all the time either...
Any thoughts?

I really have no idea, but sounds like you pulled a tendon or otherwise have a strain. I hear alternating ice and heat is good and ice rubs. No high heels or ballet for you this week! Hopefully rest will do the trick. If not then off to doctor.0

no heels for me until I get some weight off! Right now I feel like I clomp around like an elephant in heels...
I have been wearing those shape up type shoes at work for a year now. I am wondering if that has something to do with it!0
