Has anyone found a good alternative to Cool Whip light in the UK? Really want to make some recipes with it in, but not sure what to use instead.

I remember reading Bird's Dream Topping is most similar, and there's a sugar-free version. But honestly looking at the ingredients list of both you're probably better off with real whipped cream!

I think I read that too...Dream Topping reminds me of childhood and trifles topped with it and hundreds and thousands, wouldn't have thought it was suitable for cooking with?0 -
I would use low fat creme fraiche as a substitue. Weight watchers do a really low cal one.0
