Hello,

I'm a 24 year old guy from Scotland and I am now officially fed up of being 6 ft 1 and 20 stone. I used to play rugby, so when the training stopped I ballooned like an erm... Balloon! I saw this website mentioned on an other forum I visit and so I was tempted to try it out, I have filled in a couple days diary and have been lurking on the forums. While lurking I spotted posts on the C25K program, so I am going to give that a go, going to start today, after some breakfast.
