Had a lovely email from a co-worker yesterday:

"Lau - you can REALLY tell you've lost weight now!! You look great, keep it up!!! I think its because I've been off for a week that I've noticed more. xx"

    Thats so nice...and cos you have it in email, you can keep it and look at it if you need a wee boost now and then!

    Not really - I'd only lost about a pound in the last week. I think it was just having a break from seeing me every day. Or maybe my outfit was particularly flattering...I'll have to wear it more often! :)
