This is what I just learned. Get a bodybugg or body media, not sure if there are any other types out there. Get the one with a digital read out. Clip on or wrist, does not matter. What they charge you for is their website. Their website does exactly what MFP does. Well, you have to input it. But, don't you do that anyway.

So, I just picket up a used Bodybugg on eBay for $70 no shipping fee. Yes, I am eBay savy. Very. Don't bid until the last 10 seconds. Bid what you think might be just about what the other person is doing and add 2 cents. That way you won't bid up the price. Use this on any item that you bid for. If it's Buy it Now, you get what you pay for. I spent $70 instead of $160 like they want you to for use of their website and device.
