My (somewhat) newbie introductory post...hi :-)

I'm (relatively) new...trying to lose that last 5 pounds. I teach, so I was able to work out like crazy all summer and now school has started back up I'm terrified of gaining.
Running a half marathon this weekend (THIS weekend, yikes!), and hoping to train for a full marathon in March. And been toying with the idea of becoming a group fitness instructor.
So, support and motivation? Yes please, I'd love some!
