Hi all, just joined MFP and can't wait to get started....have a long way to go though!
Never been on any forums before so going to be a bit of a learning curve for me, so please, any help or pointers definitely appreciated:smile:

    This is a fantastic site - you'll love it -won't be able to stop once you get started! The forums are very easy to navigate/use and addictive! it's great sharing stories and ideas with everyone - youll build some good friendships from here xxx

    Ah brilliant! thank you so much! i can already see what you mean about being addictive:-) will have to excercise self-control in more than just food and excercising! xxx
