Well done, and thank you so much for posting this. Stories like yours make it so much easier for me to stay on track.

Diabetes runs in my family, one of the goals I hadn't even allowed myself to hope for was preventing myself from developing it myself - but looking back, I think my risk factors are drastically reduced.

I came on here because I knew if I didn't get heallthier I would start to have health problems and although I haven't yet I think these are my favorite NSV to hear about. It makes me feel great for those having them and that I have dodged a silver bullet.
