Although I have been logging my food/exercise for about 3 weeks, this is my first post. I have been good with being true to myself adding exactly what I am eating & drinking. Taking in about 1450 calories a day & doing 4 days/45min cardio & 2-3 days/1hr weight training, and NO WEIGHT LOSS at all! What am I doing wrong or am I being too anxious?

Are you eating calories when you work out? You body may need more fuel.0

I am doing about the same thing. I started working out 7 weeks ago and started on the site 2 weeks ago. My weight loss has stalled and I was getting very frustrated. I had all but given up when I went to the doctor yesterday and he told me I had lost 3 pounds in 2 weeks! Hang in there! You're probably building muscle as fast as you're losing fat.
Have you measured? You should measure your waist, hips, thighs, or whatever you want now. Wait for a full month and measure again. I'm sure you'll see progress!!0
