Are you a motivator?

Today is my 25 day anniversary for logging in consecutively and I find myself losing steam. Life is happening. School, work, 2 birthday parties, a wedding etc... I always seem to quit when weeks like this happen because I fall off the wagon so much. What I would like is some more friends who will talk to me, and encourage me to keep on going. I would also love to motivate you when you need it. I am 34, married, 2 kids, 1 dog, full time + job, and need to lose about 60-75 lbs. (I will decide when I get there). So send me a friend request with a little about you too! Thanks.

I just friended you. It might seem strange to be friends online with a bunch of people you'll never know in real life, but I love how everyone comments and pats me on the back for even the small stuff. "Limismith has logged in 5 days in a row." Yayyy!! "Limismith came in under calorie" Woot! "Limismith is a rockstar" Totally agree!!!

Feel free to add me! I have a 17 year old Senior, I drive two hours a day and run the Radiology department at my hospital. I work 45 hours a week, workout, clean the house, plant the flowers, and still find time to prove to myself I am worth it. I offer many thought of wisdom and would love to share my daily thought with you!

Have a wonderful day...Now take a minute to close your eyes, take some deep breaths, and focus on health, not just a pound lost, or a smaller pants size! Your liver, lungs and kidneys love you for trying, and when you are 60 you will be moving better and loving life!
