Hi, I'm Mel...in Unalaska (AKA Dutch Harbor, AK) I found MPF a couple weeks ago while on vacation, I actually lost a pound while vacationing! That sold me 
I'm home now, kids (college sophmore, sophmore & 8th grader) back at school and I'm focusing on losing 30 pounds or so, but doing so by eating whole foods and exercising A LOT. I've got thyroid problems, and I'm learning I eat too many carbs too --who doesn't?
