I like almonds, myself. I also get Fiber One 90 calorie bars, for my sweet tooth to go along with fruit so I can mix it up. My favorite is definitely pickles though. Low or no calories...0

I like veggies (sliced carrots, celery, peppers) with hummus, flatbread crackers with turkey, tomato and Weight watcher cheese wedges, sugar free Jello (found some that's only 5 calories a cup!)0

How about trying some hummus with veg sticks or Greek Yogurt. Peanut butter is a good option too.0

Sargento's low moisture mozzarella sticks are 50 calories each and give you a little bit of protein. They taste great too!0

Hard boiled eggs, Plain greek yogurt with cinnamon sprinkled on it, rolled up low sodium sliced turkey, protein shakes.
Best of luck to you on your weight loss journey! :flowerforyou:0 -
So many snack ideas! Aside from fruits -
I like to buy the reduced fat, single serve cheese snacks. Sargento has some good ones. I have that with some cut up vegetables and Yum!
Or whole grain crackers with laughing cow cheese.
Some low fat cottage cheese with tomatoes and cucumbers.
A serving of almonds (or I get the pre-portioned South Beach Diet Planters NUTrition packs)
Packet of plain, instant oatmeal with a tbsp of sliced almonds and some fresh blueberries
Hummus and cut up veggies
Cup of soup/Campbell's soup in hand - something about the warm soup is very satisfying, just watch the sodium/sugar intake
Natural peanut butter, 1/2 tsp honey, spread on whole wheat toast or whole grain crackers or a banana (or slice the banana onto the toast with peanut butter, yum!)0 -
Jello suagr free pudding... only 60 calories. Real yummy and a great way to get your chocolate fix0

I find a protien snack is much better than aything else at keeping hunger away. I've lost 170 lbs (only recently joined MFP) since July 2009 and have been maintaining since Feb 2011. Low/No fat cheese (buy already portioned so you don't have to think about how much), Dr CarbRite Diet Bars (I do a 1/4 to 1/2 at a time), protein shakes (I use Nectar). High protein, low fat, low/no carb...works (worked) for me!0
