So I'm totally new that this logging information. Under exercise and strength training exercises. When it says "weight per repition" ___ pounds, what does that mean?

It is asking you how much weight you lifted. For example, I just did 2 sets of 12 bicep curls using 10 pound weights. My "weight per repetition" would be 10.
  • Oh I see. Thanks.
