Every time I go for a walk I get a pain on the outsides of both my legs. I think it might be shin splints but not sure. I have heard shoes my be the cause, but have tried different pairs of shoes. I am looking for suggestions on which shoes might be better for walking or suggestions on how to get rid of this pain everytime I go for a walk. Thanks

If you have a Fleet feet near you they can measure your feet and fit you to the correct shoes for your needs. Also try going up a 1/2 or full size. That was my issue.
Here is something that may also help. Take a paper cup, fill water and freeze it. When it's frozen solid, take the block of ice out of the cup and roll it over your shins. Yes, BRRRR but it can help. Good luck!0 -
Stretching the shins will help also. Here is a simple stretch - http://sportsfitnesshut.blogspot.com/2009/05/shin-stretch-will-reduce-risk-of-shin.html#.Tl5VH13KiSo. You can find more stretches by just doing a google search.0
