Enjoying the MYP

Good Morning,

I am enjoying this site. I need to lose 10-12 pounds. I am exercising everyday in preparation for the holiday weight gain. Overall, just to look good and be healthy. If anyone would like to friend me, I'm in 40-45 age range, stay at home mom using stationary bike, treadmill, weights and ab glider to whip into shape. I am following a portion control diet with no fat, salt, sugar and lots of water.
