How often do ya'll weigh in? Whats days work for you? Also do you wear the same clothing every weigh in?

    We have a nice scale (like a doctor office usually has) here at work, so I weigh in almost daily at work (so, no, I do not wear the same clothes). The official weigh in is on Wednesday. I always weigh at the same time of day, though (morning).

    Every Monday morning. And yes I wear the same clothes.

    I weigh in every Friday, first thing in the morning and I usually don't wear any clothes.

    Prefer every Sunday morning, after morning "business", naked.
    Since I'm going on vacation Thursday, I'll weigh in that morning. I won't weigh the Sunday I get back, but wait a week to avoid vacation "scale shock".
