As long as you log it!0 -

Does it fit your macros? Then drink that *kitten*!0

I have heard that whilst cafine does not help with hydration, one cup per day does help to prevent gall stones.0

I agree, one cup daily as long you log it--helps stimulate your metabolism also.0

I drink a 1-2 pots per day with almond milk & splenda.

Both my dad and I drink coffee daily, he's larger than me and has lost about 4stone (14lb in a stone, someone else do the math), while I've lost 3in off my waistline in less than 2 months...And I drink with full fat milk!0

I do. One of my non-negotiable items is my morning coffee. Using the theory "if you bite it, you write it" (saw this on another post, wish I knew who to credit for the quote...) just add the appropriate calories for the creamer / sugar in your diary. I actually created a recipe for mine, so I don't have to re-do it every day.0

It's best to only use creamer after using a shake weight. :drinker:0

I drink two cups a day with creamer...it takes up 100 calories of my breakfast but its soooooo worth it!0

in moderation, yes--here in Wisconsin when people add creamer to their coffee too often it is half the cup. Just keep it to small amounts, and track the calories here. Remember everything counts.0

*sipping my iced coffee* Been here 90 days..36 pounds down and 24 inches..I'd say drink up..as long as you count it.

hmmmm coffee.....
It's logged and counted! It's not that many calories made at home.
Seriously, my family would move out if I couldn't have my coffee0 -
I just started adding 1/3 of a scoop of vanilla protein powder and a TBPS of 2% milk to my coffee, makes for a 10g protein cup of coffee with very little fat and carbs, and it tastes great.0
