Hi everyone, I really love to go running (5-13 mi) in the morning, but I hate eating right before I go. To get the energy I need to exercise, I tend to eat my exercise cals the day before (mostly protein like nuts, maybe some carbs). I wake up thr next day and go straight to running without eating anything, and afterwards I just eat my normal 1200 cals. It works for me but I'm interested to see how you count them.
When do you suggest eating your morning exercise calories?

I always exercise first thing in the morning, right around 4:30AM. I don't eat before hand, and I usually have only coffee until about 10AM. I eat my calories throughout the day, making sure I net out as close to 0 as I can at the end of the day.0
