late night snacks

I have school until about ten at night and I am usually starving by the time I get out!! I know its not ideal to eat within an hour or two before going to bed, but its hard to fall asleep when my stomach in grumbling.Sometimes I have a nutrician bar or fruit, but I have heard the sugar in fruit isnt good to eat right before bed either.....help!? Any suggestions on light snacks?

all that is a myth, you can eat right before you go to bed and carbs too. if you are still at a caloric deficit it doesn't matter when you consume the calories0
